1. Our Goal




We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Transit damages must be notified within 48 hours.


Electrical spares that have been fitted cannot returned unless they are faulty. 


2. Costings


All prices are quoted at checkout




3. Delivery Timescale

 We offer 2nd class royal mail or next day delivery. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day. We will always try and process orders the same day after this time.


4. Cancellation


Items can be cancelled if we are notified before they are shipped.




5. General




All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.


If we have made a mistake we'll also refund the delivery charge.




Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.




This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. How do I return something to "Anderson Retail"?

If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return an item for any reason, please call our customer services department on 01332 371166 or e-mail us on and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.
